I love helping people develop a relationship with willow and their hands. As technique and pattern recognition are learned, style and creativity can be expressed. As we move through the process of weaving a basket, we see their woven bodies emerge as a reflection of our time and attention. A basket asks us, what holds us? What holds our attention? What holds our reverence?

“Attention is the beginning of devotion” -Mary Oliver
